The BMW i Remote app is ready for the newly launched Apple Watch. With the application installed and the gadget connected, the owner of an i3 electric hatchback or i8 electric hybrid supercar can use his/her Apple Watch to keep tabs on the vehicle (e.g. current battery/range status), activate certain functions remotely (e.g. the cabin’s interior ventilation) and navigate more “skilfully” (e.g. find the car in a carpark). Best of all, Apple’s latest digital device is as high-tech in its design, interface and features as BMW’s innovative i3 and i8.
