Introducing The New GS Boutique Models
Here are the 12 new special boutique Grand Seikos!
The first one is the new SBGH051, which has the Hi-Beat 9S85 movement and is quite similar to the SBGH001. The big difference is the blue dial, gold writing and gold seconds hand, but it will also have special writing on the sapphire case back. This limited edition is $5,500.
If you wanted to stick with the silver dial from the SBGH001 but liked the gold seconds hand, there’s this new SBGH047 for you. It’s still got the 9S85 Hi-Beat automatic movement, and it appears to also have special writing on the sapphire case back. Like the blue dial, this one is $5,500.
The next two are the SBGA147 (white dial) and SBGA149 (black dial). These two 9R65 spring drive powered watches feature 40.5mm titanium cases and sapphire case backs. Although it’s a bit hard to tell on the black dial, both feature teak dials, ala the Omega Aqua Terra. Both of these are $5,000.
Take a look at three men’s quartz models, the SBGV023 (black dial), the SBGV025 (blue dial) and the SBGV027 limited edition (red dial). Each of these are powered by the super accurate 9F82 quartz model and are a great all-around size at 40mm. The SBGV027 is limited to just 500 pieces. All three are $2,300.
The next two are ladies quartz models, namely the STGF110 (white mother of pearl dial) and the STGF112 (brown textured dial). These are quite a bit smaller and use the 4J52 movement, but they’re still rated for 10 seconds per year. Their 26mm cases are a bit interesting too, combining titanium and 18K rose gold. The STGF110 is $5,900 and the STGF112 is slightly more affordable at $5,800.
The last three are more elaborate ladies quartz models, combining gold and diamonds. The STGF103 is white gold while the STGF104 is yellow gold and the STGF106 is rose gold. All three have mother of pearl dials and each feature 22 diamonds and a diamond cabachon crown. The STGF103 is $14,700 while the other two are $13,800.
