Garmin announces Fenix Chronos GPS sport watch for the executive adventurer review
While these are high rates, Garmin took the heart of this fantastic Fenix 3 HR and enhanced the body with fresh substances while making the unwanted profile thinner. You also get new band options. Considering people pay hundreds just for a band on the Apple Watch, the Garmin Fenix Chronos seems to be an even better deal.
The Fenix Chronos is offered in two steel models and one made from titanium. Band options incorporate classic leather, brushed stainless steel, and brushed titanium. Initially I thought it was ridiculous to pay almost a 1,000 up to $1,500 for a watch with a group that wouldn’t be comfortable for monitoring activities. The excellent thing is that each of those expensive rings includes a silicone ring in the wooden box so that you can swap it out whenever you want to workout.
Similar to the Fenix 3 HR, the Fenix Chronos comes with an incorporated wrist-based heartbeat monitor. Basic smartphone alterations are supported and you can add view faces, widgets, and other functionality via the Connect IQ store.
