2014 Lamborghini Blancpain Super Trofeo World Final

The Lamborghini Blancpain Super Trofeo World Final held at the Sepang race track in Malaysia, has concluded with the team from Bonaldi Motorsport being named PRO Class Champions. After a weekend of tough competition and exceptional driving, Edoardo Piscopo and Milos Pavlovic claimed the top spot for Bonaldi Motorsport. The Italian-Serbian duo had also previously seized the PRO Class European Crown.

The Bonaldi Motorsport team, managed to win Race 1 and took P2 in the later race behind their teammate Mirko Bortolotti who impressively fought his way up from P13 to P1. American Richard Antinucci from O’Gara Motorsport was only five points behind the winners, appearing twice on the podium scoring P2 in Race 1 and P3 to finish. Third place in Race 1 was taken by the Italian pole position setter Alberto Viberti from Autocarrozzeria Imperiale.

In the official Awards ceremony the President and CEO of Automobili Lamborghini, Stephan Winkelmann, awarded to the three Class winners of the World Final the Trofeo Mamè. All winners also received a self-winding L-EVOLUTION Chronographe Flyback “Super Trofeo” Caliber F185 from Blancpain. The upcoming season of the Lamborghini Blancpain Super Trofeo, will feature the debut of the new Lamborghini Huracán LP 620-2. The Huracán LP 620-2 will share the grid with the Lamborghini Gallardo Super Trofeo.
